Two ways into the same equipment
This catalogue lists the equipment by what it is. The rental pages take the other route and describe complete setups for a kind of event: simultaneous interpretation, conference sound, hybrid events with online participants, and guided tours.
Use whichever matches how you already think about your event. Both end in the same quote, prepared line by line rather than as a package price.

What comes with every rental
None of this is charged as an extra afterwards: it is in the quote from the start.
Delivery
we bring the equipment to the venue on the day, in cases, counted before handover.
Setup
we install it, connect it to whatever is already in the room and tune it before the first speaker arrives.
A technician
someone stays for the event and answers to you rather than to the venue.
Dismantling
we take the system down afterwards and carry it out.
