Terms and conditions
The terms on which Concord Centre rents equipment. This page is incomplete: the sections listed at the end are the company's own commercial terms, and they are written by the company, not by its website. Nothing here is invented to fill a gap.
What is settled today
These points are already how the work is done, and they are stated the same way on the rental pages.
- A quote comes before a booking. We ask for the dates, the venue, the languages and the number of listeners, and we answer with equipment listed line by line rather than a package price.
- Delivery, installation, tuning and dismantling are part of the rental, not separate items discovered afterwards.
- A technician stays for the event. That person answers to the organiser rather than to the venue.
- The rental period is the time the equipment is actually with you, whether that is one session, one day or a congress running through the week.
- The website is not a shop. Nothing is sold or paid for here, and sending the form places no order and creates no obligation for either side.
This site does not take payments
There is no checkout, no card form and no online payment of any kind, so there is nothing on this website that could be refunded. Cancellation and rescheduling are commercial terms of the rental contract, and they belong in the list below until the company supplies them.
If you have booked equipment and need to change or cancel, the fastest route is the telephone number in the footer.
Still to be confirmed
Required for a complete set of terms and not yet supplied by the company. Each of these is a commercial decision, not a drafting question.
- Cancellation and rescheduling: notice periods and what is charged at each stage
- Payment terms: deposit, invoicing, due dates, late payment
- Liability and damage: who carries the risk while the equipment is at the venue, and the excess
- Insurance: what is covered by the company and what the organiser is expected to hold
- Delivery outside Vienna: how travel and accommodation for the crew are charged
- What happens if a venue turns out to be unsuitable on the day
- Governing law and place of jurisdiction, and the company's legal name and form
- Review of the whole document by the company's lawyer before it goes live

Tell us about the event
Three answers are enough to start. We come back with a quote that lists the equipment line by line, not a price range.
