How a German booking works
Germany and Austria are both in the EU single market, so moving equipment between them is road transport, not an import procedure. A booking in Hamburg is planned like a booking in Salzburg, with the travel time written into the schedule instead of discovered on the day.
The German-speaking market is the reason this site exists in German as a first language rather than as a translation. Requests, quotes and the labelling on site are handled in German where that is what the event runs on.
