Equipment rental
Interpretation equipment rental across Austria
We work across Austria from our base in Vienna. Salzburg, Graz, Linz, Innsbruck and the venues between them get the same interpreter booths, receivers and conference sound, with a technician travelling alongside the equipment.
Equipment that travels
- Simultaneous interpretation: ISO 4043 booths, interpreter consoles, transmitters, receivers and headphones.
- Conference sound: microphones for the panel and for the floor, loudspeakers and mixing tuned in the room.
- Tour guide systems for walking and plant-visit formats.
- Hybrid and streaming kits when part of the audience is not in the building.
- Ready sets assembled by event type, so a request can start from the format instead of a parts list.
One country, one technician on site
Austria is small enough that equipment for a congress in Salzburg or Graz travels by road from Vienna without a handover in the middle. The same technician who loads the transport builds the system in the hall and stays for the event.
That matters more outside the capital, where a regional venue may not have a resident AV team to fall back on. Adjustments during an event are made by someone who is already there: a channel that needs gain, a speaker who removes the lavalier.

Three answers are enough to start. We come back with a quote that lists the equipment line by line, not a price range.
