Ready sets
Pick the event, not the parts
Six sets for the events organisers book most often. Each one is a starting point rather than a fixed package: we change the counts once we know the room, the languages and how many people are in it.
Conference, 100 people, 2 languages
- 100 people
- 2 languages
- 100 receivers
- 1 booth
A one-room conference with a stage, questions from the floor and interpretation into one other language.
10 positions in the set
Hybrid conference with online speakers
- 60 people
- 2 languages
- 60 receivers
- 1 booth
Half the speakers are in the room, half are on Zoom or Teams, and both halves have to hear each other.
12 positions in the set
Guided tour, 30 people
- 30 people
- 34 receivers
A museum tour or a factory visit where the group walks and the guide should not have to shout.
2 positions in the set
Press conference
- 40 people
- 2 languages
- 40 receivers
- 1 booth
A short, dense event: a panel table, many questions, and a clean audio feed the press can take away.
10 positions in the set
Round table, 20 people
- 20 people
- 2 languages
- 20 receivers
- 1 booth
Everyone at one table, everyone speaks, and no one wants a stage or a booth in the corner.
8 positions in the set
Congress, 300 people, 4 languages
- 300 people
- 4 languages
- 320 receivers
- 3 booths
A plenary hall with three booths, relay between them, and enough receivers that late arrivals still get one.

Why start from a set
Most organisers know the event, not the equipment. They know there will be a hundred people and two languages, and they should not have to work out how many radiators that needs, or that every listener needs a receiver and every interpreter a console.
A set answers that. It says what arrives for an event of that shape, item by item, so the quote is a conversation about your event rather than about our catalogue.

What changes and what does not
The set is the shape, not the contract. These are the things we adjust for every booking.
Counts
receivers follow the number of listeners, consoles the number of interpreters, booths the number of languages.
The room
a hall with a balcony, a long narrow room and a hotel conference suite need different sound and different radiator placement.
What is already there
if the venue has a working sound system, we quote the missing pieces instead of a second full one.
The days
equipment is priced by the time it stands in your room, and a congress running through the week is not six separate rentals.

Tell us about the event
Three answers are enough to start. We come back with a quote that lists the equipment line by line, not a price range.
