Privacy and data protection

The email address for data requests is being set up together with the company mailbox and is listed at the end of this page as pending. Until it exists, requests reach us by post at the address above or by telephone.

The form on this site has three fields. Everything below is what leaves your browser when you press send, and there is nothing else.

• Your name: as you typed it
• Your phone number: as you typed it
• What you need: the text you wrote
• The page: the address of the page you sent it from
• The language: en or de, whichever interface you used
• The time: the moment you pressed send, in UTC
• Your IP address: recorded by the receiver together with the request

We use it to answer your request and to prepare a quote. We do not use it for anything else, we do not send it to third parties for their own purposes, and there is no advertising, profiling or scoring of any kind on this site.

Requests are stored as lines in a text file on our own server, one request per line. That file is excluded from the version control system, so it does not travel with copies of the site. Email delivery of requests will be added once the company mailbox exists, and this page will say so.

Checked in the code, not assumed. Each of these is a common source of data leaving a website without the visitor knowing.

• No analytics is loaded. Google Analytics is not configured, so no Google script and no cookie is served at all. If it is ever switched on, it loads only after you agree on a banner, and your answer is kept in your own browser.
• No social network pixels: no Facebook, LinkedIn, Meta or TikTok tracking.
• No external font services. The fonts come from this domain, so no request goes to Google Fonts or any other CDN.
• No embedded maps and no video players from other platforms.
• No cookies are set by this site while analytics is off.

Under the GDPR you can ask us, at any time and free of charge, for the following. We answer within one month.

• Access: a copy of the data we hold about you
• Rectification: correction of anything wrong
• Erasure: deletion of your request and everything in it
• Restriction: that we stop using it while something is disputed
• Objection: that we stop processing it
• Portability: a copy in a machine-readable form
• Complaint: to the Austrian data protection authority, the Datenschutzbehörde in Vienna, if you think we handled your data unlawfully

Required for a complete statement and not yet supplied. Nothing here is invented to fill the gap.
